Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Iron Out Fat provides digital products, online educational content, and coaching services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products (All Sales Final)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or a download link is delivered, including but not limited to:

• Downloadable PDFs, guides, templates, trackers
• Online courses, modules, memberships, or gated content
• Digital tools, calculators, or other electronically delivered materials

We do not offer refunds for digital purchases due to the inability to “return” or revoke fully consumed digital content.

Coaching & Consulting Services
Refunds for coaching/consulting are available only if requested in writing before the service begins.
Once any of the following occurs, the purchase becomes non-refundable:

• A consult/session has taken place
• A check-in, review, plan, or deliverable has been started or delivered
• The coaching term has begun

No refunds are provided for missed sessions, late attendance, failure to participate, or dissatisfaction based on results (results vary based on individual effort, adherence, and circumstances).

Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Digital downloads of any kind
• Online course access/memberships once access is provided
• Coaching once started (as defined above)
• Promotional/discounted items (unless required by law)
• Gift cards (if offered)

Exceptional Circumstances (Limited)
Refunds may be considered only for:

• Verified duplicate charges
• Technical access issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time after support is contacted

Any exception is at Iron Out Fat’s sole discretion and does not create a precedent.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital access or after coaching begins violates this policy. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve any technical or billing issues.
